Hi,

Sure. No problem.

Just go to this link
http://eyesightfocus.org/member
and click on the link there.
There you enter your first name and your email address.
After that, you will get email notifications of upcoming online events (about every second week) as well as recorded events.

You can have a look at how a meeting works before if you want

Click on an episode to see the YouTube video or just listen to the audio if you prefer that.

It is a bit like a Skype meeting with several people that I lead through some activities to make sure you learn something that is good for your eyesight, that you do something that is good for your eyesight, that you get a little group coaching, and that you have continuity.

You then follow along when I show activities.
You can participate live if you want and if time works out for you.
Or you will get links to the recorded meeting so that you can watch it on youtube or listen to it as a podcast, whenever you have the time.

Oh, and by the way, what I teach is how you can do relaxing, fun, gentle and easy activities rather than stressful, boring, hard and difficult exercises. It might be argued that there is hardly any difference between an activity and an exercise but it really makes huge difference to make it easy :-).

Any way, you are very welcome to join in and learn to relax, focus, vary, image.

See you soon and may the focus be with you!
Tony
